I think drones have an interest-
ing role to play in the future of
conservation. I see a lot of benefits
in the ability to share and docu-
ment our wild spaces from above.
Here are a couple rules and ethics
I abide by:
-Register your drone with the
FAA
-Be aware of nearby airports and
flight paths
-Do not fly in designated wil-
derness and primitive areas where
motors are banned
-Be aware of the people around
you
-Avoid residential and private
lands
