This fun race takes place on established gravel and dirt trails. Some- thing for runners of all levels, and great finisher medal. New this year, run the 10K Friday and the half or full on Satur- day to complete "the Loon." A portion of the proceeds bene- fit the high school Key Club. September 28 Bolton Landing Amy's Adventure Race for the Lake, 4.5 mile race at Amy's Park Preserve, 887 Padanarum Road. Sponsored by the Lake George Land Conservancy September 29 ANCA's Bike the Barns event. Bike the Barns is a fully sup- ported recreational road cycling tour supporting the rich argricultural movement of the North Country. This one- day experience features farm tour stops staged along the route where you can personal- ly connect with the local food revolution.
