Directions:
• In a medium-sized skillet melt butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt over medium heat until it starts to
thicken.
• Add vanilla and walnuts, and toss to coat the nuts evenly.
• Spread on parchment paper to cool.
• Eat fresh or store in an airtight container and consume within a week.
Maple- Glazed Walnuts
2 ½ cups raw walnuts
½ cup local maple syrup
1 tbsp. local grass-fed butter
1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. Celtic Sea Salt
