Q- What's the best method for readers to begin a CBD regimen in their diet? Start with higher doses and then reduce as you feel the benefits. You'll find the sweet spot as far as what's right for you. Q- Do you plan to grow marijuana as well, and is picking a strain for each individual then just as important? Yes, maybe even more important. In recent years, marijuana growers have experimented to get extremely high levels of THC in their plants and it's likely to find that sweet spot for health benefits that we get back to reality with those levels. I plan to grow lots of hemp/cannabis in the next 20 years. It's all cannabis, the marijuana simply has a trait within the plant that creates the psychotropic effects. Q- Once legal marijuana use is prevalent, do you think some CBD products are better suited for ailments? Every person is different, but for sure those not wanting psychoactive effects, taking a hemp based CBD product makes sense. Q- How did you choose Living Soil as your company name and how did your logo come about? We grow soil, not plants. If the soil is right, any plant we grow will be right. We believe that a healthy product starts with healthy soil. Without healthy, biologically diverse soil for our cannabis plants to grow from, the plant itself wouldn't thrive like it does the way we organically, regeneratively farm. We have one beautiful large tree on our farm that our logo is a nod towards. Q- What are your thoughts and experiences of CBD being successful for cessation of other addictions like alcoholism and alcohol abuse, opioids, etc? CBD can be a successful alternative in combination with an individual's will to change one's life-direction and habits.
