Broth ingredients:
1 Tbsp coriander seeds
1 1/2 tsp whole cumin seeds
2 Tbsp coconut oil, or other high heat
oil
4 shallots, thinly sliced
4 garlic cloves, sliced or roughly
chopped
1-2 small fresh chili peppers, depending
on desired heat level, chopped
1-2 fresh lemongrass stalks, cut into
large chunks
6-8 scallions, green and white parts
chopped, reserving some green to
finish
1" piece fresh ginger, sliced
1" piece fresh turmeric, sliced, or pinch
of dried turmeric
Zest and juice of half a lime
