"Women of the ADKs" will be
screened publicly on November 3rd
in Lake Placid, hopefully in front
of a crowd of people eager to see
a ski film featuring three wom-
en who have been shaped by the
Adirondacks. The five minute film
isn't very long, just enough time
to give us a glimpse of the magic
that's created when women come
together to do the thing that they
love. But I've gotten more than a
glimpse, and I'm a different skier —
and woman — because of it.
