More Than Just Races
What ties these two events together — besides the
guy organizing them — is the goal of shared experience.
Whether it's a quick 5K jog with your pup or 26.2 miles
through the High Peaks region, each race invites peo-
ple to connect with nature, with each other, and with
the joy of embracing a challenge.
As Borzilleri puts it, "It doesn't matter if you're chas-
ing a personal best or just out for a stroll — these
events are built for you. They're about participation,
not perfection."
So, whether you're a seasoned marathoner, a new
runner, or just someone who loves cheering from the
sidelines, mark your calendar: May 4 and June 8 are two
dates not to miss in the Adirondack running season.
