One Leg Touch Down
Why? Balance is a key component of skiing and snowboarding. This exercise engages your core and improves your balance and strengthens
your hamstrings. This may not seem like a difficult exercise, but you will be surprised how much you will feel it!
How? Stand with legs shoulder width apart with soft knees, engage your core. Lift one leg slightly off the ground. Bend at the waist and let
the lifted leg extend out behind you and with the same side arm reach down to touch the ground. Squeeze your butt to stand back up. Do reps
on same leg before switching. Sets and Reps: 3 sets of 10-20 on each leg
