Simply Satisfying Relish
Ingredients
2 Cups Fresh or Frozen Cranberries
Zest of 1 Orange
Rest of Orange Peeled and De-seeded
1 Tablespoon Rhubarb Concentrate
Pinch of Cayenne (optional)
1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
Recipe
Place cranberries, zest and orange in a food processor and pulse until all
pieces are broken up. Add all other ingredients and pulse until mixed.
Put in refrigerator and chill for 2 hours to let flavors meld. Serves 6 to 8
Serve with a holiday meal, on a leftover turkey sandwich or eat simply
on it's own!
