delicious brews at The Lake Placid Pub & Brewery

Favorite Adirondack Race: The Great Adirondack
Trail Run, put on every year by The Mountaineer in
Keene Valley as a fundraiser for the Ausable and
Boquet River Associations. No better way to pay
to torture yourself!
Favorite post race snack: Ice cream and I.P.A's, in
either order.
What Mocha, her dog, "brings" to each run: She's
my partner in crime, always pushing me to go a lit-
tle faster and a little farther.
