Train departs North Creek at 3:45 pm with passengers arriving in Saratoga Springs at 6:00 pm and NYC passengers able to connect with the southbound back to Penn Station. The Saratoga & North Creek Railways are offering something new this winter. The "Pullman Ski Train" will be transformed into a cozy Adirondack ski lodge and bring people from bustling NYC to quaint and snowy North Creek. The railway has worked hard to create the perfect winter weekend getaway. Board- ing will take place at New York City's Penn Station and or Saratoga Station. Passengers will travel on an icon- ic and refurbished Pullman car providing a relaxing and scenic ride north. The long ski weekend starts at 8:15 am if you are boarding in NYC and 1:00 pm if you board in Saratoga Springs. The train then heads north arriving in North Creek at 3:15. Guests are free to explore and discover all that North Creek has to offer. Dinner and drinks are served aboard the train followed by dessert and cash bar in the lodge. The lodge is an Adirondack themed pop-up lodge located in the North Creek De- pot Station. The station is being converted by North Creek local, Laurie Prescott Amheiter owner of Hud- son River Trading Co. Locally-made furniture will be used to decorate and will offer a cozy place for guests to lounge. Sleeping accommodations are provided on the Pullman. On Saturday breakfast is made available for purchase on the train or you can try one of the many places serving breakfast along Main Street.
