One of the longest-running annual winter sport competitions in
New York state is now an Adirondack North Country winter sports
festival, complete with family-friendly events and a combination
of traditional and action-adventure sports as the foundation for
several exhilarating and inspirational days for visitors and residents
throughout the region.
February 2 to 5, 2017, we'll celebrate the 37th annual Empire State
Winter Games, and whether one prefers joining in the competition,
cheering from the sidelines, or being part of it all from behind the
scenes, we've compiled just 46 things you should know about this
significant regional event!
