upon waking, and as an additional liquid during the

Bloody Good Juice
Blood builder, kidney strengthener, liver cleanser
Drink between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.
1 small beet, quartered
1 medium cucumber
1 lime, peeled
1 apple, quartered
Antioxidant or Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie
Both are blood alkalizers and oxygenators.
Drink between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Antioxidant
½ cup frozen berries
½ frozen banana
1 tsp wheat grass powder
¼ cup hazelnuts
1 cup water
Blend all ingredients until smooth
Anti-Inflammatory
½ cup frozen pineapple
½ frozen banana
1 tsp wheat grass powder
¼ cup coconut shreds
1 cup water
Blend all ingredients until smooth
Wake-Up Juice
A gentle laxative that aids digestion, provides electrolytes, and tones
the skin.
Drink between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
1 lemon, peeled
1 orange, peeled
4 carrots
¼" piece of ginger
Green God Juice
A good sleep aid, blood cleanser, and muscle relaxant, which improves
heart health
Drink between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.
2 stalks kale
1 green apple, quartered
1 cucumber
¼" piece of ginger
Add soup and/or salad at dinner, if you wish
