Recipe:
Prep the carrots, kale, and broccoli and put in a large bowl. Preheat oven to 325
degrees. In a small bowl toss sunflower seeds with maple and tamari. Line a baking
pan with parchment paper and pour sunflower seeds onto pan. Spread seeds out
into single layer. Put sunflower seeds in oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Keep an eye
on them, as they will go from done to burned quickly. Take sunflower seeds out of
the oven and immediately transfer into the salad bowl (if they cool they will harden
to the pan).
In a small bowl mix together the Vegenaise, canola oil, garlic, salt, lemon juice, red
wine vinegar and Sriracha. Add this mix to the bowl of salad, toss and serve!!
