Elegant lunch menu featuring a farm-to-table experience
in a warm and welcoming space. The culinary students
and faculty at Paul Smith's College emphasize classic tech-
niques and American service, with a menu that focuses on
sustainability and local products. Farms we work with in-
clude Tucker Farms, Elfs Farm Winery, Asgaard Dairy, Sugar
House Creamery, and Fledging Crow. Fans of the St. Regis
Café will find new selections and traditional favorites at
