Where were you born and raised?
I was born in NY and raised on the shores of Lake Bonaparte.
How long have you lived in the Adirondack area?
The majority of my life with a few years spent on Maui.
What is your history with brewing?
Home brewer turned professional.
How would you describe the theme of Barkeater Craft Brewery, and what inspired it?
BarkEater means Adirondack, so our brand story is rooted in the history of the region. We embrace the history
of the rugged men and women who settled in this region and we also honor and respect the Native American
heritage of the Great North Woods.
What are some of your favorite brews?
My absolute favorite style is "Cascadian Dark Ale" also known as a "Black IPA".
Where can people find Barkeater beer?
We self distribute up the Rt. 28 corridor into Old Forge and Inlet, NY. Also across the Tug Hill region north into
the Watertown area.
