about a serial killer who invaded the Adirondack Mountains.

nificance? This is a quick read, and in parts you really need

The Foundation: A Timeless Adirondack Adventure by Samuel
Dean.
This is also a work of fiction, but the author does a good
job of tr ying to protect the privacy of individuals while still
drawing us into the stor y. Deep in the Adirondacks, where
the wilderness is still a mysterious place for many, one man
is about to have a vision. This vision came to him after he
found an old foundation from a long ago abandoned log cab-
in; the visions are journeys into the local histor y. This is an-
other quick read, but for those who like a myster y and love
reading about the Adirondacks, we recommend this locally
authored book.
