Frank Geremski is an avid fisherman, with a focus on Adirondack Trout and Salmon. Frank began writing
outdoor articles and published e Angler Magazine aer an air traffic career. Frank is chef at Ballston Spa
High School for Abbey Group of Vermont, specializing in healthy "farm to table" options. Frank is a willing
volunteer for nutrition initiatives.
Anne Brewer lives in Lake Placid. She is an avid outdoor sports enthusiast, kayaker, hiker, skier,
photographer, and traveler. Anne earned a degree in International Business and Communications from
SUNY Brockport. In addition to being the Managing Editor and Owner of LOCALadk , Anne guides for
Adventures in Good Company which leads worldwide hiking and kayaking trips for women. Anne is also a
Real Estate Agent with Merrill L. omas out of Lake Placid.
Derek Rogers is the Development Director at Champlain Area Trails (CATS). Prior to joining CATS, he worked
for 11 years as the Preserves Director for e Nature Conservancy on Long Island. Derek is a passionate birder,
holding several ornithological positions in New York State with avian nonprofit organizations. He loves
connecting people to landscapes and as a SUNY Plattsburgh alumni, he's thrilled to be back in the Champlain
Valley, working to inspire support for important conservation and trails projects in one of the most dynamic
places on planet earth.
