On July 21st the local Long Lake band Altered Tones
take the stage, followed by a regional touring band
from Brooklyn specializing in smooth grooves from
the 70s and 80s, the Yacht Lobsters on July 28th.
Rounding out the last two nights of the series, on Au-
gust 4th at 3pm North Country Public Radio will host a
live broadcast of their weekly radio show Beat Author-
ity, following that we have High & Mighty Brass Band
returning for the second time bringing their upbeat
and funky take on a huge range of songs, from Stevie
Wonder to Eve. And finally, closing out the series is
Glass Pony, a quintessential jam band from Albany
playing the Grateful Dead, Allman Brothers, Phish and
many more on August 11th.

The Long Lake Parks, Recreation & Tourism De-
partment has been very well supported by the Town
Board, the Statewide Community Regrants program,
and the patronage of locals, second-home owners, and
travelers. Through this support we hope to continue
to offer quality original programming and are always
looking for new ways to keep our slate of events fun,
fresh and evolving and adapting to the needs of the
community.
