Tupper Lake is a small town with big plans. Big Tupper
Brewing is currently working on a plan to open a
Brew Pub by 2015. They purchased a building in the
business district, which they gutted, and are now
working with an architect to design an interactive
brew pub with views of the brewing operation from
any point inside the building. They have a contract
with Adirondack Brewing in Lake George that will give
them an advantage, as it will help them develop their
brand.
They are working to develop their signature beers, which will include their flagship beer, the IPA'eh', a Grrreen Tea Trail Ale, and a Coffee
Porter. Like the others, Big Tupper plans to use locally grown hops when possible, along with some other unique local ingredients. Those of us
