The spirit of Christmas rings loud and true
through this mountain town.
For 66 years, North Pole, home of Santa's Workshop, located in Wilm-
ington, NY has been offering the young and the young at heart a chance
to experience the wonders of Christmas. This small story town village is
a place for everyone to visit Santa and his reindeer along with a host of
friends who are there to entertain you. Traditions run deep at Santa's
Workshop and if you live in Wilmington, you are treated to a relatively
new tradition. For the last 8 years, the Town of Wilmington has hosted
a Christmas Celebration for its residents like no other town in America.
Planning for this special night starts in early autumn with a small commit-
tee of "elves" organizing everything from entertainment, to parking and
lights, as well as food and drink.
